基于关键词分析的抑郁障碍中医药科研发展趋势研究

摘　　要：目的:研究抑郁障碍中医药的科研发展趋势,探究其研究热点。方法:以标题"抑郁、郁证、忧郁、失志、梅核气、百合病、脏燥"和摘要"中医、中药、针灸、针刺、艾灸、推拿、气功、导引、中医心理"在中国生物医学数据库(CBM)检索文献,使用Endnote X4将文献分2005年及以前、2006年-2010年、2011年-2014年10月3组,使用Regex Buddy提取核心关键词,netdraw软件绘制网络图。结果:3个年代分段研究最多的均为脑卒中后抑郁障碍的针、药及中西医结合方面的研究;近10年,心理干预得到重视,对老年期、更年期、产后抑郁症及神经递质、海马脑区功能方面的研究较多。结论:抑郁障碍在中医药方面的研究已与国际接轨,并向多元化方向转变,神经影像学、蛋白质组学方面的研究是目前及今后的热点。Objective：To study the development tendency of intervening depressive disorder with traditional Chinese medicine,and investigate the research hotspot.Methods：The literatures in CBM database were retrieved with titles as depressed,depression syndrome,atrabilious,hypoaffectivity,globus hysteriocus,lily bulb disease and hysteria,and abstract as traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,TCM psychology acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,Qigong,Daoyin and.The literatures were classified in to 3 types according to the dateline by using Endnote X4,the key words were extracted by using RegexBuddy,and the network diagram was drawn by using netdraw.Results：The studies of the 3 periods were given priority to the researches in treating post-stroke depression disorder with acupuncture,TCM and combination of Chinese and western medicine.In the recent 10 years,the studies were given priority to the functions of neurotransmitter and hippocampal brain of patients with depression in old age,involutional depression and postnatal depression.Conclusion：The studies of intervening depressive disorder with TCM had been in line with international standards and turned to diversify.The neuroimaging and proteomics might be the research hotspot in future.
