活血法对脊髓损伤后神经修复的机制研究

摘　　要：脊髓损伤(SCI)所造成的神经功能障碍是目前医学界未能解决的难题之一。当今,中医药在防治SCI方面有其独特的优势,大量临床经验和相关研究表明活血法对脊髓损伤后的神经修复疗效确切。文章将对近几年有关活血法促神经修复的研究作一综述,以拓展活血法在脊髓损伤中的应用,为今后进一步研究提供客观依据。Neural dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury（SCI） is one of the difficult problems in the medical community,which has not been able to solve now.At present,traditional Chinese medicine,however,has unique advantage in the prevention and treatment of SCI.A large number of clinical experience and research show that promoting blood circulation method has a definite curative effect on neural repair after spinal cord injury.We review the recent researches on promoting blood circulation method for promoting nerve repair,in order to expand its application into spinal cord injury and provide an objective basis for further research.
