热毒清口服液对老年肺炎大鼠血清中白细胞介素1β和肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察热毒清口服液对肺炎链球菌感染的老年大鼠血清中IL-1β和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:将100只老年SD大鼠随机分成5组,即正常组、模型组、热毒清口服液组(以下简称中药组)、头孢呋辛酯组(以下简称西药组)和中西医结合组。采用气管插管法制作肺炎模型,造模成功给药7d后,通过腹主动脉采血,采用ELISA法测定治疗后大鼠血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量均显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。中药组和中西医结合组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β的含量均显著低于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:3种治疗方法均能够降低大鼠血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的表达水平,且中药热毒清口服液治疗和中西医结合治疗对其影响更大。Objective：To observe the influence of Reduqing Oral Liquid on the level of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum of aged rats with pneumonia caused by streptococcus pneumoniae infection.Methods：100 aged SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Reduqing oral liquid group（TCM group）,cefuroxime axetil group（WM group）,and combination therapy group.The pneumonia rat model was established by using endotrachea intubation.After treating for 7d,the blood samples were obtained from the abdominal aorta,and the contents of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were detected by using ELISA.Results：The contents of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum of rats in model group were higher than those of the other groups,and the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The contents of TNF-α in the serum of rats in TCM group and combination therapy group were lower than those of WM group,and the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The contents of IL-1β in serum of rats in TCM group and combination therapy group were lower than those of WM group,and the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The three therapies could reduce the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum of rats.In addition,the influence of Reduqinq Oral Liquid and combination therapy on aqed rats with pneumonia was qreater.
