摘 要:目的:研究不同来源肾茶种质中化学成分的差异。方法:采用HPLC法测定肾茶中主要有效成分迷迭香酸与熊果酸的含量,并运用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》软件分析不同产地来源肾茶的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:15份不同种质来源肾茶中迷迭香酸含量为0.03%-0.69%,熊果酸含量为0.22%-0.41%;15份肾茶样品中有20个共有指纹峰,它们指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的整体相似度在0.874-0.998。结论:肾茶种质的质量评价能够为其优良品种选育提供理论依据。Objective:To study the difference in chemical composition among Clerodendrou spicatus with different germplasms.Methods:The content of rosmarinic acid and ursolic acid in Clerodendrou spicatus were determined by using HPLC,as well as the fingerprint of Clerodendrou spicatus with different districts were analyzed by using Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of CMM(2004A).Results:The contents of rosmarinic acid and ursolic acid in 15 samples with different germplasms were 0.03%-0.69%and 0.22%-0.41%,respectively.There were twenty common fingerprint peaks among the 15 samples,and the overall similarity between finger-print and control finger-print was within the range of 0.874-0.998.Conclusion:The quality evaluation of Clerodendranthus spicatus of different germplasms could provide the theoretical basis for breeding of new variety.
