基于医院信息系统数据的2型糖尿病患者中西药联合用药特征分析

摘　　要：目的:了解临床真实世界2型糖尿病患者中西药联用治疗情况,为临床用药提供大数据支持。方法:全国19家三甲综合医院诊断2型糖尿病住院患者(共73 775例)的医院信息系统数据,运用频数统计及关联规则方法进行分析。结果:2型糖尿病最常联合使用降糖西药与活血化瘀类中成药,其中使用较多的是胰岛素(64.12%)、二甲双胍(25.01%)、阿卡波糖片(22.04%);三七类注射液(12.59%)、疏血通注射液(9.01%)、丹红注射液(8.41%)。结论:治疗2型糖尿病时,联用活血类药物,可能有益于控制血糖、延缓糖尿病并发症,但由于本研究是基于真实世界的大数据分析,因此结论有待进一步验证。Objective：To understand the characteristic of combination of Chinese and western medicines applying in treating patients with type 2 diabetes of clinical real world,in order to provide large database support.Methods：The hospital information system databases of 73 775 patients with type 2 diabetes from 19 top grade A,class I hospitals were collected and analyzed by using frequency statistics and association rule mining method.Results：Combination of western hypoglycemic drugs and drugs for promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis was the most commonly used combination therapy applying in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,in which it included insulin（64.12%）,metformin（25.01%）,acarbose tablets（22.04%）,Sanqi injection（12.59%）,Shuxuetong injection（9.01%）,and Danhong injection（8.41%）.Conclusion：Applying drugs for promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in the treatment of type 2 diabetes might be good for controlling for blood sugar and delaying for occurrence of complications,and this study is based on the large database of clinical real world,so the conclusion needs to be verified ulteriorly.
