摘 要:针对纯电动方程式赛车,分析整车控制器的功能,选择MC9S12XS128MAL作为控制器的核心控制单元,进行整车控制器的硬件设计和软件设计,硬件设计包括电源模块、CPU模块、CAN通信模块等;软件设计包括控制主流程图、驱动扭矩计算策略、上电策略等,并进行台架试验和实车测试。结果表明设计的整车控制器能够稳定、高效的运行,且能实现整车驱动、TFT液晶显示、故障判断与故障处理三大功能。Based on the analysis of vehicle controller function of pure electric vehicle, MC9S12XS128 MAL was chosen to be the core control unit. The hardware and software design of vehicle controller was accomplished. The hardware included power module, CPU module and CAN communication module, and the software design included main flow chart, driving torque calculation strategy, power strategy, etc. Bench test and real vehicle test were carried out. Experimental results show that the design of the vehicle controller can operate stably and efficiently, and can achieve three key functions: the vehicle driven, TFT LCD,fault diagnosis and fault handling.
