商业模式设计的适应性进化机理研究

摘　　要：本文整合静态和动态视角,探讨了商业模式设计适应环境的进化机理。结果表明:商业模式结构复杂性在效率型商业模式与简单适应性间和创新型商业模式与复杂适应性间起中介作用。环境不确定性能调节商业模式结构复杂性在两类商业模式与组织适应性间的中介作用。该结论对中国企业进行商业模式设计、重构和进化有重要借鉴意义。By integrating of static and dynamic perspectives, we discussed the evolutionary mechanisms of the enterprise business model designed to adapt to the environment. The results showed that the business model structural complexity plays a mediate role on relationship between efficiency-centered business model design and simple adaptation, and the relationship between novelty-centered business models design and complex adaptive. Environmental uncertainty play a role of Mediated Moderation. The conclusion have important reference to business model design, remodeling and evolution of Chinese companies under current complex and volatile environment.
