益气活血方对慢性肾脏病合并高血压患者生活质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究益气活血方的配伍,对慢性肾脏病合并高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机、单盲、平行、对照研究设计,将95例慢性肾脏病合并高血压的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组:治疗组48例,在常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血方;对照组47例,给予常规治疗。观察益气活血方对患者的不良反应及治疗前后血清肌酐、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平。根据数据结果,评价两组患者的生活质量,和中医临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组有1例不良反应发生,而对照组有7例不良反应发生;治疗组血清肌酐、尿素氮水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05,而两组患者谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平均保持在正常值范围内,组间比较P>0.05。治疗后,生活质量评价,治疗组评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;中医症状评分,治疗组均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:益气活血方有改善慢性肾脏病合并高血压患者生活质量的作用。Objective： To explore Yiqi Huoxue Fang on life quality of hypertension patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods： A random,single blind,parallel and control study was designed. 93 hypertension cases with chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups： a treatment group with 48 cases,based on conventional treatment plus Yiqi Huoxue Fang; the control group with 44 cases,based on the conventional treatment. Observe the adverse reactions and the levels of SCr,BUN,ALT and AST in serum before and after treatment. Evaluate the patients＇ life quality and the symptoms of TCM in two groups. Results： There was one case with adverse reaction in the treatment group,but there were 7 cases in the control group. The levels of the serum BUN and CSr in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）,and the BUN and CSr levels in serum in two groups were all kept in the normal range（ P 0. 05）. The score of SF- 36 life quality scale was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group after the treatment（ P 0. 05）,so was the score of symptoms of TCM（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Fang can improve the life quality of high blood pressure patients with chronic renal insufficiency.
