七氟烷和丙泊酚麻醉对老年肺癌根治术后认知功能的影响对比

摘　　要：目的:研究采用七氟烷及丙泊酚麻醉对行肺癌根治术的老年患者术后认知功能的影响。方法:临床纳入80例笔者所在医院2012年8月-2015年8月收治的老年肺癌患者,所有患者均行肺癌根治术治疗。将患者按入院顺序分为两组,各40例。其中40例患者采用七氟烷进行麻醉作为七氟烷组,另40例患者采用丙泊酚进行麻醉作为丙泊酚组。观察两组患者术后认知功能变化情况。结果:七氟烷组、丙泊酚组术前MMSE、SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3 d七氟烷组MMSE、SAS、SDS评分均优于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌根治术患者使用七氟烷麻醉对术后认知功能及心理状态影响较小,利于患者术后的恢复,值得临床应用及推广。Objective：To study the impact of Sevoflurane and Propofol anesthesia in the postoperative cognitive function for elderly patients of receiving the radical operation of lung cancer.Method：80 elderly patients with lung cancer treated from August 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization,40 cases in each group.All the patients was received the radical operation of lung cancer.The Sevoflurane group and the Propofol group respectively adopted two different anesthesia methods.The change of postoperative cognitive function of two groups was observed.Result：Before surgery,the score of MMSE,SAS and SDS level of the Sevoflurane group and the Propofol group were no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after 1 d and 3 d of surgery,the score of MMSE,SAS and SDS level of the Sevoflurane group were better than those of the Propofol group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients of receiving the radical operation of lung cancer,Sevoflurane anesthesia has a fewer impact in the postoperative cognitive function and psychological state as well as nerve injury and is good for postoperative recovery.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
