摘 要:目的:探讨溶血标本对肝功能检测准确性的影响。方法:选择健康体检者100例,将其分成非溶血标本组和溶血标本组各50例,利用自动化生化分析仪检测两组血液标本的肝功能各项代谢指标,对比分析两组血液标本的检测结果。结果:溶血标本组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)浓度显著低于非溶血标本组(P<0.05);溶血标本组的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)浓度显著高于非溶血标本组(P<0.05)。结论:血液标本溶血后会对肝功能检测准确性产生比较明显的影响。所以在检测肝功能时,要通过合理的措施来防止血液标本发生溶血,这样检测结果的准确性才能得到有效保证。Objective:To investigate the effects of hemolysis on the accuracy of clinical chemistry analysis of live function.Method:100 healthy blood samples from health check-up population were collected,of which 50 samples were non-hemolysis,and the other 50 samples were frozen caused hemolysis samples.The liver function tests were analyzed.Result:The levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT),direct bilirubin(DBIL),serum total bilirubin(TBIL) in hemolytic samples group were all significantly lower than the one from non-hemolytic samples group(P〈0.05);while the levels of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in hemolytic samples group were significantly higher than those of non-hemolytic samples group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Hemolytic samples interfered with the chemistry analysis results of liver function.Thus,hemolytic samples should be avoided in clinical chemistry testing.
