摘　　要：Jefferson骨折作为寰椎骨折各型中危险性比较高的类型,必须及时予以治疗解除压迫、保持稳定性和尽量保留结构功能。复位钢板的应用相对安全,出血少,也是符合生理的、合理的生物学固定。特别是当前随着各种钢板的问世,Jefferson骨折复位钢板的治疗有了质的飞跃。本文首先概述了Jefferson骨折的含义与发病机制,对Jefferson骨折的临床诊断进行了论述,重点探讨了Jefferson骨折复位钢板在临床上的应用方法,综述了Jefferson骨折复位钢板在临床上的应用进展。Jefferson fractures is relatively high in the type of the atlas of fracture risk,it must be treated promptly lift oppression,maintaining stability and to preserve the structure and function.Applications reduction plate is relatively safe and has less bleeding,but also meets the physiological and reasonable biological fixation.Especially now with the advent of various steel,Jefferson fractures treat the steel sheet has been a qualitative leap.This paper provided an overview of Jefferson fracture meaning and pathogenesis,and the clinical diagnosis Jefferson fractures were discussed,focused on the Jefferson fracture reduction plate in the clinical application of the method,reviewed the Jefferson fracture reduction plate application in clinic.
