摘　　要：通过对局灶节段性肾小球硬化(FSGS)古今文献梳理,根据中医学的基本特点,在辨证论治思想的指导下,结合FSGS的临床特点,探讨其血尿的辨治方法,并阐释其理论意义,从而为临床治疗FSGS提供理论参考。Through organizing the ancient and modem literatures on focal segmental glomurular sclerosis （ FSGS）, according to the basic characteristics of TCM, under the guidance of differential treatment and in combination with clinical characteristics of FSGS, to explore the differential treatment of FSGS hematuria and elaborate its theoretical significance, so as to provide the theoretical references for clinical treatment of FSGS.
