摘　　要：以社区便利店商品移动路径为基础,分析作业单位之间物流和非物流关系,得到作业单位综合相互关系。依据便利店形状面积和各作业单位面积大小,绘制面积相关图。最后考虑便利店通道布置、安全法规等实际限制,设计便利店布置方案,达到布局优化、运营高效的效果。In this paper, based on the commodity movement route of the community convenience stores, we analyzed the logistics and non-logistics relations between the operation units to grasp the interrelations between them, drew the area-relevance graph, and at the end, designed the layout plan of the convenience stores.
