基于节约里程法的配送路线优化研究——以苏宁电器为例

摘　　要：通过对无锡苏宁电器配送路线的现状进行分析,发现其存在的问题。采用节约里程法对无锡苏宁电器的配送路线进行优化,并且将优化后的结果与原路线进行对比分析,发现优化后的路线对于提高配送效率、降低配送成本、降低环境污染、减轻交通压力都起到了重要作用。In this paper, through analyzing the current status of the distribution route of the Wuxi Suning Electrical Appliance Store, we unveiled the existing problems, used the saving algorithm to optimize it before comparing the optimized route with the original route, which showed that the optimized route could improve the efficiency of the distribution process, reduce distribution cost and environmental pollution, and discharge traffic pressure.
