摘 要:在解析我国邮轮供应链中船票销售模式相关理论的基础上,对国内外、行业间的销售模式进行横向和纵向比较,分析我国包销存在的优缺点,针对信息不对称问题进行分析。在充分考虑邮轮供应链中信息不对称产生根源的前提下,针对其引发的实务与市场需求不符、分销体系不规范等问题,通过销售方和购买方之间的博弈分析,提出应建立凭票上船信息系统,选择有效委托代理激励模型以完善包销模式,在发展探索期利用纸质船票引导游客理性认识邮轮产品,最终实现我国邮轮产业向成熟期的过渡。In this paper, on the basis of an interpretation of the theories relating to the ticket sales mode of the cruise linear supply chain in China, we compared both horizontally and perpendicularly the ticket sales mode in China and overseas, identified the strength and weakness of the ticket selling practice in China and analyzed the information asymmetry encountered therein. After fully considering the source of the information asymmetry in the cruise liner supply chain and in view of the resultant mismatched product with the market demand, we proposed that we build a board-against-ticket information system, opt for an effective representation model to improve the contracted ticket sales mode, guide the tourists to form a rational understanding of the cruise liner products and services in the development explorative period using paper-based tickets, and ultimately complete the transition toward maturity for the cruise liner industry in China.
