摘 要:为了提高废胶粉(WRP)与聚氨酯(PU)间的相容性,采用过氧乙酸在不同温度下对WRP进行表面氧化改性,制备了一系列改性的PU/WRP共混材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、化学滴定法表征了改性前后WRP结构的变化,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、SEM等研究了PU与WRP之间的相容性,并探究了改性温度对PU/WRP共混材料的力学性能、耐磨性能、耐强酸碱性的影响。结果表明,过氧乙酸改性提高了两者的相容性,25℃改性的PU/WRP共混材料的综合性能最好。The waste rubber powder (WRP) was modified by the oxidation of peracetic acid at different tem- perature to improve the compatibility between polyurethane (PU) and WRP. A series of PU/WRP blends were pre- pared from PU and modified WRP. The structures of WRP before and after modification were characterized by scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM) and chemical titration method. The compatibility between PU and WRP were stud- ied by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and SEM. In addition, the influence of modification temperature on the me- chanical properties, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance of blends was explored. The results showed that the oxidation modification with peracetic acid improved the compatibility between WRP and PU, and the comprehensive performance of blends was the best at the modification temperature of 25℃.
