摘　　要：随着国际投资行为日益频繁,国际投资争端也逐年呈上升趋势。为了促进投资的自由化,妥善解决国际投资中出现的各种争端,各种全球性、区域性或双边投资争端解决机制不断涌现,这在一定程度上化解了部分国际投资争端,促进了国际资本的自由流动。In the recent years,With the increasing of international investment, the number of intemational investment disputes is also increasing.In order to promote the liberalization of investment, solve the different kinds of disputes in international investment, Various global,regional and bilateral investment dispute mechanism emerged,resolve the parts of international investment disputes and successfully promote the free flow of international capital.
