摘  要:涂层刀具是刀具的发展趋势,是满足高速、强力切削的有效手段。采用YT15硬质合金为基体的GLC涂层刀具,通过改变不同的切削参数,进行了干切削LY12铝合金的切削性能实验。实验结果表明:GLC涂层切削时不易产生积屑瘤,切削温度较低,刀具耐用度显著提高,干切削LY12铝合金时具有良好的切削性能。GLC coating has good self-lubricating property,which can greatly improve the friction performance of the tool and the workpiece material,but the research has only been focused on the cutting performance of the cutting performance. In this study,the cutting performance test of YT15 aluminum alloy with dry cutting LY12 was carried out by using GLC hard alloy as the matrix of the coating tool. The experimental results show that the GLC coating is not easy to produce the product of the chip,the cutting temperature is low,the tool durability is improved,and the dry cutting LY12 aluminum alloy has good cutting performance.
