摘　　要：我国畜牧业发展处于由传统草食家畜畜牧业向多元化现代畜牧业发展转型升级期,人们对畜产品的质量与数量要求也日益增长,畜产品安全也成为近些年关注热点。草产品加工是连接种植业与畜牧业发展的关键环节,草产品加工可以调节丰欠年饲草供应不平衡,保证饲草均衡供给,有效保证现代畜牧业发展。本文从草产品加工的概念、内涵、基本内容、研究进展等方面,系统地综述了国内外草产品加工现状、存在的问题及发展对策,结合我国草产品加工过程中出现的问题,提出了研究与展望,对现代畜牧业转型升级发展及健康发展有一定的指导意义。China is on the period from traditional plant-eating animal husbandry to diversified modem animal husbandry development, and the requirements of animal products quantity and quality was upgrading, animal products safety has become the attention hot spot in recent years. Grass products processing is the key factor of promoting the development of fanning and animal husbandry, it can adjust the balance of grass supply of all years, and guarantee the modem animal husbandry development. This article from the concept of grass products processing, connotation, basic content, the research progress, etc., it systematically summarizes the grass products processing at home and abroad present situation, existing problems and development countermeasures, combined with problems arising from the grass products processing procedure in our country, puts forward the research and prospect, the transformation and upgrading of modem animal husbandry development and has certain guiding significance to the healthy development.
