摘  要:GW16(17)型隔离开关上导电管普遍存在着进水问题,导致其内部元件腐蚀,影响安全运行。对于这一问题,目前仍没有得到很好的解决。分析了进水的主要原因和目前主要采取的防范措施以及存在的主要问题,提出了改进动触头触指及防雨罩的局部结构,采用热缩材料技术,从源头上解决该型号隔离开关关键进水部位的问题,并对使用效果进行了分析。通过严峻的试验方法,进一步证明了该方法的实际效果。The conductive pipes of GW16 and GW17 disconnectors have a problem of water seeping-in, which results in corrosion of inner elements and harms safe operation of the disconnectors. However, there is no good method to effectively solve this problem at present. In this study, the main causes of water seeping-in, the current waterproofing measures and the corresponding problems were analyzed, and a new waterproofing method was presented for the disconnectors, including modification of local structures of the moving contact and rain cover, and application of heat-shrinkable material technology. Strict test demonstrated the effectiveness of the present waterproofing method.
