摘　　要：本文对国外以实现信息获取公平为目标的图书馆档案馆博物馆(LAM)机构资源整合的环境进行分析,为我国LAM机构的未来发展提供参考借鉴。国外面向信息获取公平的LAM资源整合的主要环境要素包括相关法律、法规和政策环境;以馆藏资源数字化和数字资源整合为特征的内容环境;以信息服务从业者为主体的人力资源环境。This paper analyses the resource integration environment of libraries, archives and museums （LAM）, which aims at realizing information access equity, will be of important reference for the future [.AM cooperation in China. The environmental factors, aiming at information access equity, mainly include： legal policy system environment, such as legal terms, legal rules and related policies; content environment, featured for resource digital ization and digital resource integration; and human resource environment, in which the entities are practitioners of information service.
