摘　　要：中国房地产行业用钢量占到中国粗钢消费量的一半以上,因此中国房地产行业的走势直接决定了中国钢铁行业的发展,本文通过对比房地产行业发展的影响因素,发现以房地产固定资产投资做为衡量房地产行业用钢的依据是较为合适的,进而预测未来中国房地产行用钢量。China＇s real estate industry accounts for more than the half of China＇s crude steel consumption, so the trend of China＇s real estate industry directly determines the development of China＇s iron and steel industry, this article through the comparison of the real estate industry, the impact of real estate investment in real estate investment as a measure of real estate industry is more appropriate, and then predict the future of China＇s real estate industry.
