摘　　要：新医改明确提出公立医院要回归公益性。在公立医院公益性缺失成为社会热点的背景下,必须积极探索有效途径来引导公立医院公益性回归。良好的医院文化对于提高医院服务质量、构建和谐医患关系、提升社会效益具有重要意义。The new reform of health system clearly raises the significance of regaining the public-interests orientation of public hospitals. Under the context that the absence of the public hospitals public-interests orientation has become the hot point, the effective strategy should be taken to guide the public hospitals to return to the nature of public-interests. Advanced hospital culture has a great significance to improve the service quality of hospitals, construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improve social benefits.
