摘　　要：我国的教师培训制度发展至今,已经形成了较为完善的运行模式。文章梳理了传统的教师培训模式及其存在的问题,提出了新时期的教师技能培训方式。相比较而言,传统的教师培训往往倾向于教师理论知识的提升,而新时期的教师技能培训更多关注的是教师实践能力的提高。对于教师专业发展而言,两者应取长补短、相互促进,共同提升教师的培训质量。The development of teacher training system in China has formed a relatively complete operating mode. In this paper, the traditional teacher training model and the existing problems are enumerated, and the technical skills training in new period are put forward. In comparison, the traditional teacher training tends to enhance the theoretical knowledge of the teachers, and the technical skills training in new period is more concerned about the improvement of teachers＂ practical ability. For the professional development of teachers, they should learn from each other and promote by each other to improve teachers＂ training quality.
