摘 要:实验采用改进共沉淀法制备了Bi-2212粉末,选用乙醇作为主要溶剂,通过对共沉淀过程金属离子溶液滴加速度、氨水滴加速度、溶液p H值、陈化温度以及时间的控制,最终获得成分均匀、颗粒细小、粒度均匀、符合原始配比的前驱粉末,采用该方法制备的前驱粉末制备的Bi-2212线材的超导电性达到了较高水平,在4.2K,自场条件下,同牛津公司制备线材性能接近。Modified co- precipitation method was adopted for the fabrication of Bi -2212 precursor powders, during which process alcohol was be used as solvent instead of water. By carefully controlling the titration speed of metallic ion solution and NH3 · H2O, pH value of the solution, and both the temperature and time of aging process, precursor powders with high chemical composition uniformity, fine granularity and narrow particle size distribution were obtained. High - performance multi - filamentary strand was fabricated with these powders. The engineering critical current at 4.2K and self field was similar to that obtained by oxford company.
