突发事件微博舆论中的网民素养提升研究——以“东方之星”客轮倾覆事件为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着网民群体不断扩大,网民参与不断深入,网民素养问题已经成为影响网络舆论生态环境的重要因素。[方法/过程]以"东方之星"客轮倾覆事件为案例,采用内容分析法对新浪微博@头条新闻所发布微博的热门评论进行多维度分析。[结果/结论]发现网民趋于客观看待事件原因和政府应对、质疑媒体报道、呼吁回归理性、呼吁"去娱乐化"、客观对比同类事件等现象,可以一定程度上反映网民素养的整体提升。进一步提出网民素养提升的逻辑框架,其中三个层级的网民行为表现应作为网民素养提升的直接依据,而多种心理动因和其他行为表现可作为关键切入点用以探索网民素养教育的方式方法。[ Purpose/Significance J With the growing population and the deepening participation of intemet users, netizenship has become an improtant factor affecting network media environment. [ Method/Process] Taking ＂Eastern Star＂ ferry capsizing incident as an example, the research uses the content analysis method to analyze the popular comments on Sina Weibo @ headlines. [ Result/Conclusion ] The research shows that： users tend to objectively look at the cause of the incident and the government response, question media reports, call for a return to rationality, call for ＂anti-entertainment＂, make objective comparison of similar events, to a certain extent, reflecting the o- verall improvement of netizenship. The research proposes further a logical framework of netizenship promotion. Three levels of Internet be- havior should be used as a direct basis for netizenship promotion, and a variety of psychological motivation and other acts of behavior can be used as a key point in order to explore ways and means of netizenship education.
