摘 要:传统电梯运行数据的采集和监测采用有线方式,成本高、安装、维护困难,为实现电梯监测系统中轿厢与数据服务器之间的无线数据的可靠传输,文中提供一种2.4 GHz有源射频无线收发装置系统设计方案。该系统硬件电路以NRF24L01+为核心,由功放和低噪放一体电路、滤波器、天线、抗干扰等电路组成,设计有发射和监听两种模式。系统软件按应用层、OS层和硬件层进行系统架构设计和程序设计。产品经过测试和小批量应用表明该设计方案抗干扰能力强、功耗低、无线传输距离远、性能稳定可靠、可制造性良好。The traditional elevator running data are collected and monitored using the cable, high cost, difficult to maintain and install, in order to realize reliable wireless data transmission between the car and the data server in the monitoring system of elevator, the paper provides a design scheme of wireless RF transceiver system. The hardware circuit of the system is based on NRF24L01+,it is composed of power amplifier and the low noise amplifier integrated circuit, filter, antenna, anti-jamming circuit, and has a transmission mode and a monitor mode. The design of system architecture design and software program is divided into application layer, OS layer and hardware layer, and program design. The product is tested and small batch application shows that the design scheme is strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption, long distance wireless transmission, stable and reliable performance, with good manufacturing.
