摘  要:为了研制Ⅳ级弱膨胀围岩的相似材料,选取河砂、黏土、膨润土和自来水为原料,利用正交试验设计方法,设计了一个L16(43)三因素四水平正交试验方案,并通过称重、直剪、自由膨胀率和干燥饱和吸水实验,得出了各配比的控制指标值,利用极差法分析影响各控制指标的主要因素;试验结果表明:相似材料正交试验的指标值变化范围很大,能够满足相似材料的各项指标要求;含水率是影响黏聚力、内摩擦角的主要因素,膨润土的含量是影响自由膨胀率和干燥饱和吸水率的主要因素。To develop a similar material for class Ⅳ weak expansive surrounding rock,river sand,clay,bentonite and tap water were used to produce the material. A L16( 4^3) three-factor-and-fourlevel multiple test program was designed to conduct the research in accordance with the orthogonal experimental design method. Moreover,the control index of the material under different mixture ratios were obtained by weighing,direct shear test,free swelling rate test and dry saturated water absorptivity test. The key factor that affected the control index was analyzed using the extremum difference method. The results indicate that the index of the similar material under orthogonal experiment changes largely and meet the needs for the material. The moisture capacity is the major factor influencing the cohesion and internal friction angle,and the content of bentoment is the principle factor influencing the free swelling rate and dry saturated water absorptivity rate.
