东北雷公藤中萜类化学成分研究  

Study on Terpenoids from Tripterygium regelii

摘　　要：通过多种色谱技术及NMR谱图分析,从我国传统民间药物东北雷公藤地上部分中共分离并鉴定了12个萜类化合物,分别为pubinernoidA（1）,linarionosideA（2）,linarionosideB（3）,3,9-dihydroxymegastigman-5-ene（4）,alangionosideJ（5）,（3S,5R,6S,7E）-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one（6）,（＋）-dehydrovomifoliol（7）,（3S,5R,8R）-3,5-dihydroxymegastigma-6,7-dien-9-one（8）,4（15）-eudesmen-1β,7,11-triol（9）,pterodontriolB（10）,triptofordinC-2（11）和（4R,5S,5aR,6S,7R,9R,9aR,10S）-7-acetoxy-6,9,10-trihydroxy-2,2,5a,9-tetramethyloctahydro-2H-3,9a-methanobenzo[b]oxepine-4,5-diyl dibenzoate（12）.其中,化合物1~10为首次从东北雷公藤中分离得到.With the adoption of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic evidences,12 terpenoids are isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Tripterygium regelii. Their structures are elucidated as pubinernoid A（ 1）,linarionoside A（ 2）,linarionoside B（ 3）,3,9- dihydroxymegastigman- 5- ene（ 4）,（ 3S,5R,6S,7E）- 3,5,6- trihydroxy- 7- megastigmen- 9- one（ 5）,（ ＋）- dehydrovomifoliol（ 6）,（ 3S,5R,8R）- 3,5- dihydroxymegastigma- 6,7- dien- 9- one（ 7）,3,9- dihydroxymegastigman- 5- ene（ 8）,4（ 15）- eudesmen- 1β,7,11- triol（ 9）,pterodontriol B（ 10）,triptofordin C- 2（ 11） and（ 4R,5S,5aR,6S,7R,9R,9aR,10S）- 7- acetoxy- 6,9,10- trihydroxy- 2,2,5a,9- tetramethyloctahydro- 2H- 3,9a- methanobenzo[b]oxepine- 4,5- diyl dibenzoate（ 12）,respectively. Among them,compounds 1- 10 are isolated from T. regelii for the first time.
