摘 要:为了克服传统飞机平显校靶误差大、耗时较长且操作繁琐的不足,提出了不改变飞机姿态,只需调整姿态靶架平显综合靶标校靶设备的设计方案。对综合靶标校靶设备平显校靶的原理、技术方案进行论证,确定了综合靶标校靶设备的基本构架和姿态靶架的升降、俯仰、滚转、平移等参数,研制了原理样机并进行了测试。测试结果表明:综合靶标校靶设备提高了飞机平显校靶的精度,简化了飞机平显校靶过程,节省了人力物力和时间,其设计完全满足飞机平显校靶的要求。To overcome the disadvantages of traditional airplane HUD bore sighting, such as the big bore sighting error, the long working time and the complicated operation, a design of integrated equipment is proposed for airplane HUD bore sighting. This design only needs to adjust the attitude of target stand, without adjusting the attitude of airplane. After the principle and the technical scheme of the automatic equipment are demonstrated, it is determined that the basic framework of integrated equipment for airplane HUD bore sighting and the parameters of attitude target, such as ascending and descending, pitching, roll, shift, etc. A principle prototype of the integrated equipment is developed and a number of tests are done. The test results show that the integrated equipment can improve the bore sighting precision of airplane HUD bore sighting, simplify the bore sighting process, and also save a lot of manpower material resources and time; the design is enough to meet the requirements of airplane HUD bore sighting.
