奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑钠治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究奥曲肽和奥美拉唑钠联合治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的效果及患者出血和住院时间的影响。方法选取我院于2013年6月~2015年6月收治的74例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组给予奥美拉唑钠进行治疗,观察组给予奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、出血及住院时间进行对比分析。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.29%（36/37）,对照组的治疗总有效率为75.68%（28/37）,两组结果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组出血及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑钠进行治疗,其效果显著,能够明显缩短患者的出血及住院时间,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study octreotide and omeprazole sodium combined treatment effect of cirrhotic patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage and the effect of patients with bleeding and hospitalization time. Methods 74 patients with cirrhosis complicated with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2013 were selected,They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 37 cases.The control group was treated with omeprazole sodium,the observation group was given octreotide combined omeprazole treatment,the treatment effect,bleeding and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.29%（36/37）,and the control group was 75.68%（28/37）,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The bleeding and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were treated with octreotide and omeprazole sodium,the effect is obvious,can significantly shorten the patient＇s bleeding and hospitalization time,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
