摘　　要：经济欠发达地区的公立医院如何主动适应医改的要求,自觉控制医药费用不合理增长现象,已成为所有公立医院改革的一道难题。赣州市立医院对此进行了大胆尝试,取得了较好的效果。本文详细介绍本院控费的做法与体会,以期为全面推广城市公立医院改革提供参考。How to reduce the unreasonable medical expense and voluntarily adapt the medical reform has become an important agenda for the public hospital in underdeveloped area.Municipal hospital of Ganzhou city made a daring attempt and achieve satisfactory results.This article gives detailed introduction to their cost control method and experience,and wish to contribute to the comprehensive public hospital reform.
