中西医结合是中医生存与发展的内在需求

摘　　要：中医药不仅是传统文化,更是治病救人的传统医学。科学技术发展史已经证明,世界上没有万古不变的科学,科学总是不断地汲取新的东西而随时抛弃那些过时的东西,中医药学也不应例外。在医疗市场中,中医药必须有一定规模的需求才能生存与发展。针对中医日渐式微的局面,从中医药的宏观环境、微观环境等我国中医药发展现状入手,分析了中医药所处的市场环境,并结合近现代中医药的发展历程、中医临床现状等方面,提出了中西医结合是中医生存与发展内在需求的观点,为实现中医药现代化指明了方向。Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is not only the traditional culture but also the traditional medicine for the life--saving. The development of science and technology has proved that there is no unchangeable science. Science is constantly absorbing new things and discarding those outdated. TCM is not exceptional. In medical market, TCM must have a certain demand in order to survive and develop. Considering the declining of TCM, this paper, starting with the macro and micro development of TCM, analyzed the market circumstance of TCM. Combining the development of modern TCM and clinical status of TCM, it has put forward the idea that the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is inner necessity for the survival and development of TCM, and also pointed out the direction for modernization of TCM.
