“四冲穴”阴中隐阳法配合Schuell语言训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语

摘　　要：目的探讨"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法配合Schuell语言训练治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效。方法脑卒中后失语病人随机分为对照组(38例)及治疗组(36例)。对照组单纯采用Schuell语言训练,治疗组采用"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法配合Schuell语言训练,共4周。结果两组病人治疗总疗效比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组失语病人,与对照组比较,在口语表达、阅读能力方面有统计学意义(P<0.05);在日常生活语言沟通能力评分有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法配合Schuell语言训练治疗缺血性卒中后失语有较好效果。Objective To explore the effect of Sichong Point Yinzhong Yinyang acupuncture（SPYYA） with the Schuell language training for treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy - four patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（ n = 38） treated with Schuell language training, and the treatment group（ n = 36）treated with SPYYA plus Schuell language training for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of spoken language expression, reading ability and communication in daily life language ability in treatment group were better than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion SPYYA with Schuell language training for treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke had good effect.
