摘　　要：为了研究复方中药提取物对小鼠乳腺上皮细胞增殖的影响,为开发提高母畜泌乳量的中草药产品奠定基础,使用混合酶消化法分离培养妊娠中期小鼠乳腺上皮细胞,通过SDS-PAGE对纯化后细胞进行鉴定。使用水煎和醇提两种方法提取的复方中药提取液分别作用于对数期乳腺上皮细胞1、3、5 d,使用MTT法检测细胞活力。结果使用混合酶消化法得到大量乳腺上皮细胞。不同方法提取的中药复方提取液在高浓度时促进细胞增殖,在低浓度时抑制细胞增殖。促进作用随作用时间增加而降低。表明醇提中药复方促进细胞增殖的浓度范围大于水煎中药复方,且醇提的中药复方作用效果优于水煎中药复方。To study the effect of Chinese medicine extracts on mice mammary gland epithelial cell proliferation. Using mixed enzyme digestion method to mouse mammary gland epithelial ceils. Decoction and alcohol extraction methods were used to get the Chinese medicine extracts, and then use the extracts to treat the logarithmic phase mammary gland epithelial cells. At 1 day, 3 days, and 5 days later, cell viability was determined by MT＇r method. Using mixed enzyme digestion method, we successfully got mammary gland epithelial cells. Extracts of traditional Chinese medicine in high concentration promoted cell proliferation, and in- hibited cell proliferation in low concentration. Promoting effect was decreased with increasing time. Alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine compound promotes cell proliferation in the concentration range is greater than the water decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine is much better than the decoction of traditional Chinese medi- cine, probably because the ingredients are soluble in alcohol.
