摘 要:采用水提法和乙醇回流加热法分别提取功劳叶,应用牛津杯法和试管二倍稀释法分别检测功劳叶提取物对试验菌的抑菌圈直径、最低抑菌浓度(MinimumInhibitory Consistency,MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(Minimum Bactericidal Consistency,MBC)。结果显示,功劳叶醇提物金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为20.69 mm、15.40 mE;MIC值分别是31.3 mg/mL、125 mg/mL;MBC值分别是62.5 mg/mL、>500 mg/mL。功劳叶水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈13.54mm,其MIC值、MBC值分别是62.5 mg/mL、500 mg/mL,对大肠杆菌抗菌活性较弱,其MIC值为500 mg/mL,MBC>500 mg/mL。功劳叶不同提取物对细菌的抗菌活性有所差异,功劳叶醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均由不同程度的抑菌或杀菌能力。The extracts of Mahonia was prepared by water extraction and 95% ethanol refluxing method. Two extracts were used to do drug sensitive test by Oxford Plate and the tube dilution method was used to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Consis- tency (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Consistency (MBC)against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The results showed that antibacterial circle diameter of the ethanol extraction against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 20.69 mm and 15.40 mm, the MIC was 31.3 mg/mL and 125 mg/mL, and the MBC was 62.5 mg/mL and greater than 500 mg/mL, respectively.An- tibacterial circle diameter of the water extraction against Staphylococcus aureus was 13.54 ram, the MIC and MBC were 62.5 mg/mL and 500 mg/mL, respectively. Escherichia coli was less sensitive to the water extraction of the Mahonia. The MIC was 500 mg/mL and the MBC was greater than 500 mg/mL. Different extracts showed different antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The Mahonia ethanol extraction has good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli.
