关于警察权益保护的法律探析

摘　　要：维护警察的执法权益和保护公民的合法权益是辩证统一的关系,对人民警察执法权益的维护关系着其对公民合法权益的维护。从法律机制层面维护警察执法权益是促进民警依法执法、准确执法、善于执法和敢于执法不可或缺的力量,这就需要完善相关法律,构建专门维权组织机构,依靠专业维权人员为受害民警进行维权,从根本上解决以往仅由公安自身维护民警权益的被动局面。It is adialectic relationship between guaranteeing interests of the police in law enforcement and protecting citizen＇ s legal fights. Without the guarantee of the police＇ s interests, citizen＇ s rights cannot be better protected. So it will make the police execute law legally, concisely and courageously if their rights and interests can be protected fi-om the law level, such as improving laws, setting up organizations with professional activists providing legal protection to some police who are violated in counseling, representing and litiga- ting. This will fundamentally solve the passive situation in which the police themselves have to protect their interests and rights.
