摘 要:以聚己内酰胺(PA6)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为主体材料,以丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐物(AS-R-MAH)、甲基丙烯酸甲酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐物(MBS-g-MAH)为相容剂,通过采用熔融混合挤出获得ABS/PA6合金。对该合金的力学性能进行测试和分析,讨论PA6,ABS,AS-g-MAH和MBS-g-MAH用量对ABS/PA6合金力学性能的影响规律,并观察了AS-g-MAH和MBS-g-MAH改性ABS/PA6合金的微观结构。结果表明,AS-g-MAH对ABS/PA6合金有一定增强作用,MBS-g-MAH对ABS/PA6合金有增韧作用。扫描电镜结果表明,当在100份ABS/PA6合金中添加6~8份MBS-g-MAH时,MBS-g-MAH在ABS/PA6合金中形成了带蜂窝结构的弹性体网络。The ABS/PA6 alloy was prepared by melt mixing and extrusion with PA6 and ABS as matrix resin, AS-g-MAH and MBS-g-MAH as compatibilizer. The mechani- cal properties of the ABS/PA6 alloy were tested and analyzed. The effects of contents of PA,ABS,AS-g-MAH and MBS-g-MAH on mechanical properties of the ABS/PA6 alloy were discussed. Furthermore, the microstructure of the ABS/PA6 alloy modified by AS- g-MAH and MBS-g-MAH was observed. The results show that the AS-g-MAH has strengthening action on ABS/PA6 alloy, and MBS-g-MAH has toughening action on ABS/ PA6 alloy. In addititon, the scan electron microscope (SEM)results indicate that MBS-g- MAH forms into elastomer network with honeycomb structures in the ABS/PA6 alloy when 6-8 phr MBS-g-MAH is added into 100 phr ABS/PA6 alloy.
