摘 要:利用熔体流动速率(MFR)法和氧化诱导期(OIT)法评价抗氧剂体系对聚丙烯(PP)多次挤出的抗热氧稳定效果。结果表明,少量抗氧剂的加入能有效地提高PP的抗热氧效果,MFR增大趋势明显减缓;抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168复配使用的效果优于两者单独使用,其中,当抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂质量比为1∶2时效果最佳;采用四点温度OIT测试,得到的直线方程的斜率也能表明,抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168以质量比1∶2复配对PP的热氧稳定性最好。The effect of antioxidant system on thermo-oxidative ene in the process of multiple extrusion was evaluted by the melt stability of polypropyl- flow rate and oxidation induction time. The results show that, small amounts of antioxidants can effectively im- prove the thermo-oxidative stability of polypropylene, and the increase trend of MFR is significantly slow the effect of the compound of antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 1010 is better than that of them separately. When the mass ratio of antioxidant 1010 to antioxi- dant 168 is 1 : 2 the effect is best. With OIT test of four point temperature, the slope of linear equation shows that when the mass ratio of antioxidant 1010 to antioxidant 168 is 1 : 2, the thermo-oxidative stability of polypropylene is best.
