摘　　要：目的探讨体检人群的饮酒行为与血压、空腹血糖、血尿酸和血脂的关系。方法选取健康体检者3 911名作为研究对象,通过问卷调查其饮酒行为,并测量血压、检测空腹血糖、血尿酸和血脂,分析饮酒行为与血压、空腹血糖、血尿酸和血脂之间的关系。结果超量饮酒组和大量饮酒组的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、血尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇均高于不饮酒组和适量饮酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超量饮酒组和大量饮酒组高密度脂蛋白低于不饮酒组和适量饮酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超量饮酒组和大量饮酒组收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、血尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白异常率均高于不饮酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过量饮酒与血压、空腹血糖、血尿酸和血脂异常存在关联。Objective To explore the relation between drinking and blood pressure,blood glucose,blood uric acid, blood lipid among physical examination population. Methods A total of 3,911 physical examinees were selected as the study subjects. A questionnaire survey on drinking behavior was conducted, and their blood pressure, blood glucose, blood uric acid and blood lipid were measured. The relation between drinking and blood pressure, blood glucose, blood uric acid, blood lipid was analyzed. Results For the excessive drinking group and heavy drinking group, the levels of systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, blood uric acid （UA）, triglyeeride （TG） and total cholesterol （TC） were signif- icantly higher than those of the non - drinking group and moderate drinking group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the level of serum high density lipoprotein - cholesterol （I-IDL - C） was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. The abnormal rates of SBP, DBP, FPG, UA, TG, TC and HDL - C of the excessive drinking group and heavy drinking group were significantly higher than those of the non - drinking group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Over consumption of alcohol is associated with abnormal blcxxi pressure, blood glu- cose, blood uric acid and blood lipid.
