摘  要:目的 建立了饮用水中壬基酚、辛基酚的UPLC分析方法。方法 样品经二氯甲烷液液萃取、浓缩定容后经UPLC分析。结果 本方法线性范围在1-50μg/L,方法的检测下限在0.005-0.020μg/L,加标回收率为72%-115%,相对标准偏差2.7%-7.0%。结论 本方法灵敏度高、操作简单、线性范围宽等优点,适用于饮用水中壬基酚、辛基酚的检测。Objective To establish an ultra high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) analytical method for the determination of nonylphenol and octylphenol in drinking water. Methods The water sample was extracted by dichloromethane,brought to volume by acetonitrile after enrichment,separated by reversed HPLC gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,and finally detected by the UV- Fluorescence detector. Results The linear ranges of the calibration curves for nonylphenol and octylphenol were 1- 50 ug / L. The method detection limit( MDL) for nonylphenol and octylphenol were 0. 005-0. 020 ug / L. The average recoveries of nonylphenol and octylphenol in drinking- water ranged from 72% to 115%,and the relative standard deviations were 2. 7%- 7. 0%. Conclusions This method has the advantages of sensitivity,simpleness,low detection limit and good reproducibility; and hence,it is suitable for the determination of nonylphenol and octylphenol in drinking water.
