摘　　要：哈大电气化铁路客货混跑牵引供电系统存在着谐波、三相不平衡引起的负序电流、功率因数低等电能质量问题,其中谐波问题尤为突出。本文主要针对该问题设计了统一电能质量调节器,并介绍了其设计原理、检测及控制系统,并在MATLAB环境下建立了仿真模型,验证了通过此方法可以很好的实现改善哈大线牵引供电系统的电能质量的目的。Harbin-dalian electrified railway traction power supply system for mixed passenger and freight traffic exists power quality problems,such as harmonic,negative sequence current caused by three-phase unbalance,low power factor and so on.The harmonic problem is particularly prominent.Then the paper designs the Unified Power Quality Conditioner（UPQC）for this problem and introduces the design principle,detection and control system.From setting up the simulation model in the MATLAB environment proves that the UPQC can improve the power quality of Harbin-dalian electrified railway traction power supply system.
