摘　　要：本文结合动物检疫电子出证系统省级平台与中央平台数据对接工作开展的实际情况,介绍了电子出证系统省级平台与中央平台数据对接工作的意义、实施计划、实施情况、技术方案以及目前工作开展需要注意的技术问题及解决办法,对早日实现全国跨省流通动物检疫信息互联互通和信息共享、提高全国动物及动物产品的调运监管水平、促进动物疫病防控工作具有重要意义。In this paper, based on the situation of Data Docking work carried out currently, the significance of Data Docking in Electronic Attestation System of Animal Quarantine Certification between provincial platform and central platform, Data Docking implementation plan, Data Docking technical solutions, as well as technical problems about Data Docking mad countermeasures to these problems are described. It is of important significance both for sharing the quarantine information of inter-provincial movement animals and improving the regulations for animal and products movement, as well as animal disease prevention and control.
