质量控制图在蓝舌病竞争ELISA检测中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]建立蓝舌病竞争ELISA检测的质量控制图。[方法]采用即刻法与Levey-Jennings常规质控图法结合,绘制连续20次检测结果的质控图。更换质控血清批号和试剂盒批号时,采用双质控法对前3次实验结果做质控,再转入常规质控图。[结果]用即刻法对质控物进行3次连续测定后,就可对第3次检测结果进行质量控制,用此方法积累20次质控物的检测结果后,可用Excel绘制出Levey-Jennings常规质控图,用以实验室日常质控。若实验室更换质控血清批号和试剂盒批号,采用双质控法对前3次实验结果做质控。[结论]采用双质控法对前3次实验结果做质控,改进了即刻法只能从第3次结果进行质控的缺点,加强了即刻法在ELISA检测中的质控作用。[Objective] To establish the quality control chart for detecting bluetongue virus by competitive ELISA. [Methods]The instant method with Levey-Jennings routine quality control chart method was applied to draw an instant-added L-J quality control chart after 20 results were accumulated. While making changes of agent batch number or quality control serum, the double quality control method was used to control the first three detection results and then the routine quality control chart method was used to control the subsequent results. [Results]The three primary quality control data were calculated statistically by instant method. The instant-added L-J quality control chart could be drawn by Excel software after 20 datas were accumulated. While making changes of agent batch number or quality control serum, the double quality control method was used to control the first three results. [Conclusion]The double quality control method solved the problem of uncontrolled test results in the initial times with the instant method and strengthened the quality control with the instant method in ELISA test.
