摘　　要：黑龙江电力公司"五位一体"购电管理应用,是针对以往业务中存在的职责不明确、业务界面不清、流程环节繁复、资源共享不畅、协同关系不协调等问题,通过深化"五位一体"应用,规范业务流程、加强业务管理、完善交易系统平台功能,突出"三强化、三细化"等工作特色,形成了高效、协同的购电量管理机制。明晰了业务界面,简化了业务流程,有效促进了公司内部的高效运作,明显提高工作效率,推动了购电管理水平的提升。Five in one electricity purchase management application of Heilongjiang electric power company is set up for issues of unclear responsibilities, ambiguous service interface, complicated process, poor resource sharing, uncoordinated cooperative relations and so on. By deepening five in one application, standardizing business processes, strengthening business management, and improving platform function of trading system, so as to form a highly efficient and collaborative electricity purchase management mechanism. Through clearing business interface and simplifying business processes, it enhances the efficient operation of companies, significantly improves efficiency, and promotes purchase management. the level of electricity
