摘　　要：预制桩是岩土工程施工项目常见的桩型之一，而工程地质条件是预制桩施工工艺选用的决定性因素之一。本研究以热源厂建设工程项目为例，介绍预制管桩在同一场地内，两种不同施工工艺在不同工程地质条件下的选择，概括它们的工艺特点，分析不同地质条件下采用不同施工工艺的原因，得出预制桩工艺选用时需要考虑的因素。Precast pile is a common pile type in geotechnical engineering construction, and engineering geological condition is one of the decisive factors in the choice of precast pile construction technology. Taking construction project of heat source plant for example, this paper introduced the selection of two different construction technologies in different engineering geological conditions, summarized their technological characteristics, analyzed the reasons of using different construction techniques under different geological conditions, and proposed the factors of selecting precast pile technology
