摘　　要：随着高校扩大招生，大学生的数量不断增加，大学生就业问题已经成为一个突出的社会问题。怎样避免人才资源浪费，提高大学生就业能力成为现阶段需要重点解决的问题。进入21世纪以来，农村地区大学生返乡创业进入一个发展的高峰期，很多农村大学生在家乡创办了自己的企业，带动了一方经济发展。但是农村大学生返乡创业因为政策和环境等因素，还存在不少问题，需要及时采取措施将其解决。With the expansion of enrollment colleges and universities, employment of college students has become a prominent social problem. How to avoid the waste of human resources, enhance the employability of university students has become the focusing problem at this stage. In the 21st century, college students in rural areas back home to run business has reached to a peak season, many rural college students founded their own company, which led to the economic development. But there are still many problems need to take timely measures to solve for factors of policy and environment of rural college students back home to run business.
