摘  要:从土壤耕整、精量播种、田间管理、脱叶催熟、机械收获等方面阐述了棉花全程机械化生产技术,并结合黄河三角洲棉区生产实际进行了应用效果分析。结果表明:土壤深松能够促进棉花生长发育、提高产量;精量播种、田间管理和籽棉收获全程机械化,在不降低棉花产量的前提下能够节省劳动力投入70%以上,节本增效显著。全程机械化生产技术是我国棉花生产发展的必然趋势,需要多学科多领域密切合作、共同推动才可实现大力推广与进步。The full mechanized production technology of cotton was expounded from land tillage,precision sowing,field management,chemical defoliation and ripening and mechanized harvesting. Then its application effect was analyzed combined with production practice in the cotton region of the Yellow River delta.The results showed that soil deep loosening could promote the cotton growth and increase the cotton yield. And the application of full mechanization in cotton precision sowing,field management and seed cotton harvest could save the labor cost of over 70% on the basis of without reducing cotton yield. The effect was significant on cost saving and effectiveness increasing. The full mechanized production technology was an inevitable trend in our country. It could be popularized and advanced by close cooperation and common advancing with multi-disciplinary fields.
