摘 要:本试验研究了沼液滴灌对日光温室番茄产量、品质和土壤理化性状的影响。结果表明,沼液滴灌可以明显改善土壤理化性状,提高日光温室番茄产量和品质。与常规化肥处理相比,666.7m^2沼液用量为14 000 kg的滴灌处理土壤pH值提高了7.47%,土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质的含量分别提高了25.4%、13.4%、49.6%、30.7%;土壤放线菌和真菌数量分别增加了72.4%和61.6%,土壤细菌数量则减少了18.4%;番茄单果重增加了18.1%,666.7m^2番茄产量提高了20.7%;番茄可溶性糖、可滴定酸、VC含量均增加,果实硬度和生食品质提高,硝酸盐含量降低。由此得出,本试验条件下,日光温室番茄生产666.7m2沼液用量在12 000~14 000 kg比较适宜。The influences of drip irrigation with biogas slurry on yield and quality of tomato and physical and chemical properties of soil were studied in solar greenhouse. The results showed that drip irrigation with biogas slurry could significantly improve the soil physical and chemical properties and increase the tomato yield and quality. Compared with conventional fertilizer treatment,in the drip irrigation treatment with biogas slurry of 14 000 kg per 666. 7m^2,the soil p H value increased by 7. 47%,the content of alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in soil increased by 25. 4%,13. 4%,49. 6% and 30. 7% respectively,the amount of soil actinomyces and fungi increased by 72. 4% and 61. 6%respectively,the amount of soil bacteria decreased by 18. 4%,the single fruit weight and yield per 666. 7m^2 increased by 18. 1% and 20. 7% respectively,the contents of tomato soluble sugar,titratable acid and VC and the fruit hardness and eating quality all improved,and the nitrate content reduced. It concluded that drip irrigation treatment with biogas slurry of 12 000 - 14 000 kg per 666. 7m^2 was suitable for tomato production in solar greenhouse.
