摘　　要：文章分析了经济新常态下农业科技发展面临的新形势和新要求,并以农业部规划设计研究院为例,在总结其"十二五"科技工作取得成效的同时,探讨并提出了科技体制机制改革背景下,加强重点领域集成创新研究、构建农业产业综合研发体系、加强科技基础条件建设、充当农业"走出去"的"智囊团"和"实践者",以及打造创新型农业科技人才队伍等科技工作重点。The new situation and requirements for the development of agricultural science and technology under the economic new normal were analyzed in the paper. Taking Chinese Academy of Planning and Designation of Ministry of Agriculture as an example, the achievements of agricultural science and technology during ＂12th Five-Year＂ Plan were summarized. On the background of science and technology system reform, work focuses of science and technology were discussed and pointed out, i.e., strengthening integration innovative research in key areas,constructing comprehensive RD system of agriculture, improving the construction of scientific and technological foundation and conditions,being ＂consultant＂ and ＂practitioner＂ of agriculture ＂going out＂, and building innovative talent teams of agricultural science and technology.
